Eventually, he had to undergo a two level fusion in his cervical spine and could no longer do his job. Prior to the settlement, the worker had received a variety of wage loss benefits and medical expense benefits. In addition to the settlement, he is entitled to future medical care for his back, neck, and shoulders for the rest of his life.
